Returns & Exchanges

At Spirit Jersey, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address immediately after submission.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Spirit Jersey in its original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
